Dawn has been working in the Insurance Industry since 1978. She joined Strickler in 2016 as a Licensed Property and Casualty Agent and a year later took on the role of Operations manager for the Agency. Dawn’s favorite part of her job us making sure her customers have the coverage they need for their business and enjoys when she can help them resolve issues and problems. She enjoys working with the CL team to achieve goals in production and training and helping co-workers resolve issues.

Outside of work Dawn enjoys outdoor activities including walking, swimming, and golfing. She also enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. She is a Phillies and Eagles fan!
