Heather started at Strickler in April 2006 as a CSR in the Commercial Lines team. As health plan inquiries became more abundant, she moved to the Health and Life department and started managing the group health and life book of business. As the Benefits Manager, Heather assists with compliance, enrollment, claims and billing needs, as well as the annual renewal process for Group Health and Life for business owners and employees.

Heather enjoys building a relationship of trust with our clients by showing them the quality service they will receive as a client of Strickler Insurance. Her favorite thing about work is her work family. The Strickler Insurance family supports one another and work well as a team.

When not at work, Heather enjoys reading a good mystery and spending time with her husband and children. As a family they enjoy skiing, kayaking, camping and going to the beach. Depending on the time of the year, you will find them at a Penn State football game or cheering on the Hershey Bears!
