After graduating from Millersville University, Janelle started her career in 1998 in complex auto claims handling bodily injuries and auto fraud cases.  She later was promoted to an Agency Field Specialist, training agents and staff.  She became an agent in 2000, gaining experience in all lines of insurance.  Janelle joined Strickler in 2025 and is very happy to apply her experience to health, home, auto and life insurance.   

Janelle says every day she works closely with clients to assess their unique needs, provide tailored coverage options, and guide them through the complexities of insurance with clarity and care. She takes pride in building long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and exceptional service.  She enjoys turning complex insurance options into clear, personalized solutions that make a real difference for her clients.  The best compliment is a referral!

Her favorite thing about her day is her wonderful work family at Strickler, she says she could not ask for more wonderful people to share her day.

In her free time, she enjoys skiing and alpine hiking, she loves the thrill of reaching a summit. Her favorite hiking partner being her son, Henry. In addition, she is a huge fan of live bluegrass music. As a resident of Mount Gretna, you can find her at the lake all summer with family and friends, she loves her community.
