Mallory held various Leadership roles while working in healthcare for almost 20 years. She joined the Strickler team in March of 2025 as the Director of Operations. Her passion is helping and mentoring people. Mallory’s main priority is supporting the employees in both Operations and HR while moving Strickler forward in technology and efficiency. Mallory’s favorite part of Strickler is the immediate feeling of being accepted into the team. She says the staff truly care about helping the clients and each other. Working at Strickler is not like other companies, the culture at Strickler is above the rest.

Outside of work Mallory enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Her happy place is relaxing on the beach with a book in her hand while watching her kids play in the sand and water. In the fall you will find her supporting the Philadelphia Eagles, GO BIRDS!
