Missy joined Strickler in March of 2025 as a Customer Service Representative in Personal Lines. Missy is one of the first faces you see when you walk into our Agency and part of our first line to answer incoming calls. As she continues to learn she answers billing questions, takes payments, sorts and distributes mail with a smile on her face that is contagious to our employees and clients.

Missy truly enjoys interacting with the customers at Strickler. Her favorite thing about working at Strickler is the people! Missy has been married to her husband for almost 15 years. She has two children and 3 fur babies. She enjoys spending time with her family, they are her absolute favorite people!
