Pam started in July 2017 as a Customer Service Assistant in Personal Lines. She is one of the smiling faces you are greeted with when you walk into Strickler. Pam is also one of the first voices you hear when you call into our office and she handles rates for renewals, billing, and submitting claims for the Personal Lines team.

Pam’s favorite part of her job is meeting new people and the great repour she has built with our clients. She enjoys how hands on the Strickler team are with our clients, you don’t get a recording when you call during business hours, you reach our team directly. Pam shares that the family atmosphere and how we care about one another is huge.

Pam has 3 adult sons and 6 grandchildren; you will regularly find her supporting them at sporting events or dance recitals. She has a Morkie named “Gizzy” who has become a part time employee at Strickler as our office dog. Pam loves to travel and has visited many different countries around the world, but her favorite place is Myrtle Beach. Pam has been a lifelong resident in Lebanon county and knows many of the clients that walk through our doors.
